The purpose of "An Ode To Self Care" is to share my inner struggles with you. The intersectionality of being black, and a woman is not easy. In fact, being a Haitian-American woman is even more difficult. I am not ashamed to share my journey with you, as I learn how to pour love into myself, to strengthen the relationships around me and become the woman I am destined to be.
